Expérience: 5 ans minimum, expérience dans la conception et l’exécution de projets liés au renforcement, à la réforme et à la relance des services de vulgarisation de préférence dans les pays en développement; parfaite maîtrise de la langue française et Créole ainsi qu’une bonne compréhension de l’anglais parlé et écrit.
